GET IN TOUCH

Drop me a message using the form below to check my availability and I’ll get back to you within 48 hours.

Once we’ve confirmed that I’m available we can arrange a chat either in person or via video call so we can get to know each other and discuss your needs, before moving ahead.

02.

GET BOOKED IN

After our initial chat I’ll send over the booking forms and request a deposit from you. You’re all booked in as soon as the signed contract and deposit are returned.

I’ll be on hand from now until your big day to offer any advice you might need, or answer any questions you may have.

We’ll arrange a catch up a month before your wedding day so we can go over final details. If you’ve chosen to add on an engagement shoot, this can be done any time from now.

03.

RELAX

Relax and enjoy your big day, whilst I’m there capturing all those little moments you probably have no idea are even happening!

After your wedding, your full gallery will be ready within 6 weeks for you to view online via a password-protected gallery. Here, you can download all the images, and you can even order prints and albums, too.

That depends on how you envision your wedding day going.

Most couples in the UK opt for Full-Day Coverage from their wedding photographer.

However, if you are planning a smaller wedding, with less guests– you may only require half a day to capture everything required.

For the majority of couples getting married in the UK, 10-hours is the perfect amount of coverage to capture everything that happens on your wedding day.

​Full-Day coverage enables me as your wedding photographer to start the photography around 2-hours before the ceremony – capturing both the bride and groom preparations as well as the pretty details of the venue and ceremony set up as well as the guests arriving.

​The 10-hours of photography coverage is continuous and spans the entire day even past the first dance and into the party – so you can expect to see photographs of every moment of the wedding day.

Not if you don’t want to meet up, that’s perfectly fine but I include a consultation whether that be in person or over Zoom as standard with all packages.

Everything can be done online with receipts and confirmation at each stage so there is no need to meet up just yet if you just want to get things sorted quickly and have your consultation at a more convenient time.

I travel all over the UK and abroad for weddings so there’s really no limit on how far I will happily travel for my clients. The only problem is that my dates book up pretty quickly, so availability for destination weddings may be limited.

All weddings within a 40 mile radius of Chesterfield there is no charge. Weddings further than a 3 hour drive away will incur a hotel cost and transport is payable.

Most couples book in with me on the same day that they confirm a date with their wedding venue – Usually, it is about 18 months to 2-years in advance.

For weddings in the UK, my main working season is April to October but I do shoot some out of season weddings too.

Couples can usually expect to receive their full wedding galleries within 1-month of their wedding.

I prefer to work as efficiently and unobtrusive as possible but do work with a selected pool of second photographers. I recommend adding a second photographer where possible, as they can a different perspective of the day.

All Wedding Galleries are hosted online for a minimum of 12-months but usually available for much longer.

It is highly recommended to download your entire wedding gallery and upload it to your iCloud or Google Drive. That way, should anything ever happen to your devices – the wedding photos will always be safe in the cloud.

You’ll have at least a year to do this but I recommend doing it straight away.

As well as all my camera equipment being insured, I am also fully covered for Public Liability and have Professional Indemnity insurance too. I also have an Enhanced DBS check.

I’ve never missed a wedding in my entire career and I don’t intend to either. I take pride in being reliable and even if I was ill, I would happily soldier through it.

If I’m seriously hurt or injured then that’s another matter. Couples should feel safe in the knowledge that I’m a member of several networks of wedding photographers who will cover each other in case of an emergency.

​I am more than confident that I can find you a replacement photographer who can cover your day. If for some reason you don’t find the replacement photographer suitable, I will happily refund all of your money.

Yes. I really enjoy taking the traditional family portrait shots and the bridal/groom preparation images too. They tell an important story on the day as much as any other image.

In your Pre-Wedding Questionnaire and Consultation, you have the chance to create a list of all the shots of family and friends that you’d like to have pictures with. If you aren’t sure where to start – I can help with that.

Smart Casual usually. As I’m on my feet for the entire day, I do need to stay comfortable but I will dress appropriately for the grand occasion.
